Hello world, in glorious 80s neon. Welcome to the fresh build of my corner of the internet.
Why rebuild?
The old site was fine, but “fine” does not tune the synth. This rebuild gave me three things:
- A clean Astro content pipeline driven by MDX
- A layout system separated by post type (blog vs projects)
- A cyberpunk / synthwave theme that matches how it feels to build at 2am
The shape of it
The landing page pulls the latest three posts and the latest three projects. The blog and projects live on their own pages, each with their own listing and single layouts.
bun create astro@latest
bun devThat is genuinely it to get moving. Wrap it in Tailwind, wire up content collections, and the grid lights up.
More to come soon - stay tuned.
